One of the greatest concerns for any multinational today is attracting talent, especially in sectors such as cosmetics and fragrance, where beauty, innovation and creativity also need to be present in the way a brand shows itself to the world.

But making a company look attractive is not about filters or empty claims. It is about creating emotion, awakening feeling and generating real connections as talent moves through your digital space.

Puig needed its Career Site to be more than just another corporate asset. It needed to become a mirror in which talent could recognise itself before even arriving.

That is why 100% of the people featured on the website are real employees. Because no one represents a culture better than those who live it from the inside.

The production was not just a shoot: it was a brand experience for the employees themselves, strengthening their connection with Puig and resulting in a piece with soul, credibility and shared pride.
