Dingonatura was not created to sell pet food. It was created to change it. It was the first company to manufacture biologically adapted food for animals, at a time when no one was yet talking about holistic health or animal wellbeing. But time and growth bring new challenges, and one of the biggest was moving beyond being simply a manufacturer to becoming a corporate brand with a clear vision, story and purpose. For almost 20 years, the company had been driven by founders with an unwavering passion: going beyond what is necessary to improve animals’ lives. But as is often the case with pioneers, their vision was moving faster than their brand architecture. The portfolio was growing and the brands were focused on the distribution channel, but there was no overarching narrative to organise, connect and give meaning to the experience for the end consumer.
Our mission was twofold: to revisit the essence of each of its brands and reorganise them under a coherent and meaningful structure. We analysed their positioning, built a clear brand architecture, carried out rebranding processes and redefined the packaging to align it with the company’s values. The challenge was not merely one of design. It was a profound exercise in authenticity. Because when a brand is born from a genuine conviction, any transformation must be carried out with respect. It was about evolving without betraying its essence, growing without losing its soul.
