Culinary Institute of Barcelona.
Tomorrow’s leaders do not just cook. They think in future solutions.

The Culinary Institute of Barcelona was born with a clear ambition: to train the future leaders of the culinary world. Not just chefs, but thinkers, creators and entrepreneurs with a global vision. From the very first conversations, its founders invited us to accompany them through a process as inspiring as it was demanding: building a brand from scratch.

We began a holistic project in which everything was questioned: positioning, values, tone.

THE STRATEGIC APPROACH

Many start-ups believe in their proposition and rush to test market fit, but forget the deeper reflection on brand and long-term value.

Working with the institute’s leadership team, they understood something essential: creating immediate impact is necessary, but building a brand is what lasts.

Through the analysis of global trends, international benchmarks and creative workshops, we defined the possible brand territories together with the founding team. Territories that were legitimate, distinctive and deeply connected to their purpose.

That process led us to build their Brand Essence: a document that answered ten key questions and rigorously defined the brand’s personality, tone and purpose.

THE SOLUTION

From there, naming and identity were not an isolated creative exercise, but the natural consequence of a solid process. A visual identity that combines academic elegance with the avant-garde spirit of Silicon Valley. A brand that breathes innovation without giving up tradition. And a name that evokes rigour, internationality and vision. To connect with its audience —a new creative generation unafraid of change— we transformed the brand concept into a language of its own: #Cookingtomorrow, a hashtag that not only sums up its mission, but becomes the banner of a school that speaks the language of those called to transform the world through cooking.

The manifesto makes it clear: cooking is not just about transforming ingredients; it is about building tomorrow.

THE IMPACT

The Culinary Institute of Barcelona consolidated its position as a benchmark in avant-garde culinary education. Admissions enquiries increased by 380%. Strategic partnerships were established with 12 Michelin-starred restaurants. #Cookingtomorrow generated more than 2M organic impressions on social media.

The school stopped being just another school. It became the school where the leaders of the culinary future are born.
